Membership in ACSAA supports the wide range of activities we pursue, including the bi-annual symposia, this website, a directory of South and Southeast Asia art history specialists, and outreach to colleagues around the world. Members receive an annual bulletin which includes essays on the state of the field, reports from various conferences, and news bulletins about new publications and exhibitions by the membership.

Becoming a member opens up areas of the website such as the member directory and the archives, allowing access to previous newsletters and symposia programs. Membership also enables attendance at the symposia, which prove to be engaged intellectual settings that bring together the top specialists in the world.

Please consider joining ACSAA. Membership fees are low, and your support allows us to continue to work together to build a global dialogue about South and Southeast Asia's rich visual culture.

We encourage you to become a member or renew on-line. This saves ACSAA time and effort by allowing you to update your information on-line and processing your payment electronically. To do so, click the link above. However, we understand that some members will prefer to pay via post. If that is the case, you have two options.

1. We prefer if you register on-line and through that interface choose the "pay by check" option. This means you save us time by inputting your contact information yourself. You can then pay by sending a check to our treasurer, whose address can be found here.
2. If you prefer to work entirely via paper, you may download the renewal form by clicking here. (You will need Acrobat Reader to open the document.) Instructions for submitting payment in this manner are on the form.
